One address, one person reading.

No ticket number, no queue. Write and you get an answer from the bench, usually the same day and always within one working day.

Write to the atelier

hello@lecustode.com

Good things to say in a first message: how many drawings you have, roughly what years they span, and whether there is a date you are working towards. That is enough for us to tell you which format fits and whether the bench can make it in time.

Send-in address

Write to us first and it comes back with your commission reference, so the parcel has a commission to belong to.

Only for commissions where you arrange your own courier. If you ordered with a prepaid label, that label already carries the address and you do not need this.

The atelier is a workshop, not a shop. There is nothing to visit without an appointment, and drawings posted without an order attached have no commission to belong to.

Before you write

Most questions are answered where they come up: the FAQ collects them in one place, shipping covers both journeys, and the terms of sale cover cancelling, the guarantee and what happens if something goes wrong.

If something has gone wrong

Say so plainly and include your commission reference — the four digits on your confirmation. A problem with an artwork in progress goes to the front of our inbox, ahead of new enquiries.
