The artwork can be remade. The drawings cannot. That asymmetry decides how both parcels are packed, insured and tracked.
Sending the drawings to us — free
A prepaid, tracked and insured send-in label reaches your inbox the day you order, with a one-page guide to packing drawings flat. Drop the parcel at any service point — there is nothing to pay and nothing to arrange. This half of the journey is included in every price on the site and always will be.
Packing, in one paragraph
Between two sheets of card, in the order they come out of the drawer, taped only at the card's edge and never onto the artwork. The order they arrive in is usually the order they were made in, and that is worth preserving.
Pieces too big for a parcel
Tell us before you send. For anything above A2 we arrange a flat-pack carton at our cost rather than have you fold a drawing to fit.
What the insurance covers
€500 as standard on the way in, higher on request, and every label is tracked and signed for on arrival. Read that number honestly: it is what a carrier pays out, not what a drawing is worth. It is the reason the label is signed for and the reason every piece is photographed the day it lands.

Also fine, at your cost. Write to us for the send-in address, and give us the tracking number so we know when to expect it.
Sending the artwork to you — charged
The two journeys are priced differently and it is worth being plain about why. Sending drawings to us is a padded envelope; sending a finished artwork back is a crated object up to 122 × 183 cm that cannot be replaced if it is dropped. Delivery is quoted by size and destination and is not included in the artwork price.

Shipped from the Netherlands, so there is no customs paperwork and no charge on the doorstep anywhere in the union. The artwork goes out the working day after the balance clears, tracked and insured, packed in paper, card and cotton. Every original we did not use travels in the same parcel.
Everything is insured for its full value
Not a carrier’s standard limit — the full value of the artwork, in both directions, for the whole of the journey. And every piece is photographed in high resolution the day it arrives at the atelier and again before it leaves, so what was sent and what was made are both on record before anybody has to argue about it.
Larger formats
From 91 × 122 cm the artwork travels on a delivery appointment rather than a doorstep drop, because an artwork that size is not something to leave against a door. The carrier calls to agree a window.
From 91 × 183 cm: pallet, not parcel
Above that size no parcel network will take it. It goes crated on a pallet, by freight, which is why the rate steps up: a pallet is booked, loaded and delivered by appointment rather than dropped from a van on a round.
Delivered and hung, within the Randstad
For 91 × 122 cm and larger we will bring the artwork ourselves and hang it, level and fixed, for €250. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and the towns between them. Ask for it on the order form and we agree a day.
Outside the EU
Possible, quoted individually, because long-haul packing is a different job and the table above does not reach. Choose "Outside the EU" on the order form and we write to you with a price before anything is charged. Any import duty at your end is yours to pay.
When it arrives
Photograph the parcel before unpacking further if anything looks crushed or opened, and write to us the same day. Transit damage is insured and we remake or repair at our cost.
